A video that fails

If a video cannot be made, the seconds for it come back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.

A finished video with a fault

If the video has a technical fault, such as a wrong price or name in the on-screen text, missing sound, or a file that does not play, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make it again or return its seconds to your balance.

A different taste in style or music is not a fault, and AI-made videos can show small visual oddities. These are not refunded.

Purchases of seconds

• Within 14 days of a purchase, you can ask for a full refund to your original payment method if none of the seconds from that purchase have been used.
• Once seconds from a purchase have been used, that purchase cannot be refunded.
• Free and promotional seconds, including the free seconds of an offer, have no cash value and are never paid out.
• An approved refund reaches your card or bank in about 5 to 10 working days; the seconds are removed from your balance when we approve it.

If MN Studio closes

We refund the paid seconds that have not been used.

How to ask

Contact (to be confirmed) with the email address of your account and the date of the purchase or the name of the video.
