What MN Studio does

You give us photos and a short description of your business or product. Our system writes the script and produces a short vertical video ad with voice-over, music and on-screen text. The videos are made with artificial intelligence.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or act for a business that allows you to use the service.
• Give a real email address and keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person, one account. Free welcome seconds, when we offer them, are given once per person, only after the email address is verified, and not to temporary email addresses.

Seconds and prices

• Videos are paid for with prepaid seconds of video, sold in packs of 10 to 60 seconds; for more, contact us. A video uses as many seconds as it is long, and its length is shown before you press Create.
• The seconds are taken when you create a video. If the video fails, the seconds come back to your balance automatically.
• Seconds have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another account, and do not expire. If we ever introduce an expiry, we will give at least 30 days of notice and it will not apply to seconds bought before the notice.
• Refunds of purchases follow our Refund policy.
• We may withdraw seconds obtained by abuse, such as several accounts made to collect free seconds.

Your photos and text

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You allow us and the service providers that make the video for us to use them only to produce, store and deliver your videos.

You confirm that:

• you own the photos and text or have permission to use them;
• every person who can be recognised in your photos has agreed to appear in an ad;
• you have the right to show any brand, logo or product in them.

You may not use MN Studio for content that is illegal in Malaysia; sexual content; content showing minors in an unsuitable way; hate or harassment; content that impersonates a real person without their consent; or false or misleading claims, including health, halal or price claims you cannot support. We may refuse or remove such content and suspend the account.

Your videos

You may use the finished videos for any lawful purpose, including paid ads, on any platform. We will not use your videos in our own marketing without your permission.

Videos made with artificial intelligence can contain mistakes: odd movements, changed details of a product, or wording that is not quite right. Watch every video before you publish it. You are responsible for what you publish and for making sure your ads follow the law and the rules of the platform you post on.

The service

A video usually takes 25 to 35 minutes and can take longer when many people are making videos. We work to keep MN Studio available, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, fast or free of errors. We may change or stop features; if we close the service, we will refund the unused seconds you paid for.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profit, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

Suspension and closing your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using MN Studio at any time and ask us to delete your account by contacting us.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia decide any dispute.
